《齐鲁名仕》系列丛书是由中华发展报道网创办，在中共中央宣传部、国家新闻出版总署及山东省委、省人民政府的大力支持下，由多位领导及知名人士题字写序并担任顾问，由国内多家知名企业、投资机构担任理事单位的一本访谈类书刊。丛书所有内容将由中华发展报道网“齐鲁名仕”编委会负责录入，出版后将通过书店出售、邮购、赠阅等方式发行，面向省内党政机关、协会、高校、企业等单位发行。 

 
 《齐鲁名仕》系列丛书所有内容都将以采访、写实为主，采访对象为山东省内的各党政机关、企业、商会、组织、协会、村镇、医院、学校等单位优秀领导人及对社会做出重大贡献的优秀人才。编委会将以实事求是的态度来编辑整理文章内容，择优收录，让他们的事迹能在社会中传承下来。这样既是对名仕们自身成就的一种总结和继承，也能让社会进一步了解到这些优秀人物的成长轨迹、事业成就和人生感悟，对于个人、社会、公众都起到领袖作用。  

匠心独具显创意 如虎添翼助成长 
胡尊照，男，汉族，临沂人，毕业于山东工艺美术学院99级装潢系，2003年毕业留济。济南太歌广告有限公司总经理、创始人；济南资深设计师与广告策划人；多家企业单位、杂志社策划设计顾问；多家媒体、联盟、行业组织倡导人；山东品牌俱乐部理事；山东广告联盟主办人之一；在多所高校、媒体、网站做演讲与接收采访；设计作品屡获全国、省级奖项。 
 
胡尊照先生的办公室是复古与时尚的艺术结合：古朴韵味的榆木桌椅，摆放整齐的茶具，一张已逾十年的精致古代美女图。这副飘逸庄重的作品开启了胡先生艺术人生的回忆。  

Hu zunzhao's office is the artistic mixture of retro and fashion: the quaint elmwood tables and chairs, well-organized tea set, a picture of exquisite ancient beauty ,which is more than a decade. This elegant and dignified work opens his memories of artistic life. 
 
寒窗苦读终圆梦 
study hardly to realize dream 
 
胡尊照从小就对绘画有着浓厚的兴趣和天赋，高中一次学画的机会让他决定坚守理想。胡尊照从小学习优异，肩负着家庭光耀门楣的重任。在县重点高中时，他听说可以学习绘画，参加艺考进入大学，这也让他对绘画充满了的强烈渴望。但学习绘画却遭到了家人的极力反对。 

Hu has talent and strongly been interest a in painting since his childrenhood.The opportunity of learning painting at high school made him sticked to his decision to his ideal. Hu was excellent at schools shouldering the burden of family. He heard that he would have a chance to learn painting and be admitted to the university to learn professional painting if his painting ability was available in the key high school in the county which inspiried him.However painting was banned by family. 
 
他不顾家人和学校的劝阻，潜心学习了六个月的绘画知识。他说：“高二暑假的时候，我去艺考班学习美术。有三个月的时间都不和别人交流，把所有的心思都放在了学习画画上。”“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”，他从绘画零基础，凭着刻苦努力的学习和绘画天赋，在山东师范大学、山东艺术学院、山东工艺美术学院的考试中均名列前茅。  

He learned painting hardly for six months when family and school’s against his decision. Because there is no painting foundation, must learn from scratch. He said: " I go to art class to learn art on summer vacation in the sophomore year. I had spent three months time to learn painting without a word and put all the thoughts on paint." "Rome was not built in a day", he got in the top of the exam at shandong normal university ,the shandong art instituteand shandong arts and crafts institute with hard work and painting talent. 
 
奋勇争先勤创业 
Move forward to start career 
 
胡尊照在老师和同学们惊讶的目光中，在山东工艺美术学院装潢专业，开始了梦寐以求的大学生活。很快他就融入了忙碌精彩的大学生活。上课下课、自习室、图书馆，他忙于吸收丰富的专业知识；创办美术培训班、接收校外设计订单，他积极参与社会活动，做到专业知识和现实需求的有效结合，改变传统中“两耳不闻窗外事”的封闭学习习惯。  

Hu began the dreamy university life majoring in decoration in shandong arts and crafts institute and surprised his teachers and students in high school. Soon he was busy with the wonderful college life.He is busy absorbing abundant professional knowledge in classroom, library; he established arts training class, took design orders from outside, actively participated in social activities, achieving the effective combination of professional knowledge and practical demand and changing the closed study habits traditionally"read book regardless of external trivialities ". 
 
2003年，胡尊照正式开始了在济南的事业发展。由于在校期间积累了丰富的设计经验和一定的人脉，他毕业后决定做一名自由职业设计师。自由的工作并没有让他停止前进的步伐，他在工作中始终以一个专业设计师的标准要求自己，追求完美，精益求精。凭着独特的设计理念和专业能力，他逐渐积累了自己的客户群，也对设计有了新的认识。他说，设计追求的是独创性和与产品的契合度，每次看到自己的创作成果得到认可，就有一种成就感激励着自己，再接再厉，追求新的高度，“艺术创作，没有对错，只有不断的学习提高”。  

Hu formally started a career in jinan in 2003. He decided to be a freelance designer after graduation because of rich experience in design and certain socical connections. Free work didn't stop his pace of progress  and he adhered to the standards in the work to be a professional designer, striving for perfection. With the unique design concept and professional ability, he gradually accumulated customer base and shaped a new understanding of design. Design, he said, is in pursuit of originality and fit with the product and every time my achievements are accepted, which was a sense of accomplishment inspiring me to make persistent efforts, pursuit new heights, "there is no right or wrong with the artistic creation, I have to improve constantly ". 
 
在做自由职业者的几年里，他对设计行业的各个环节逐渐有了了解，也有着自己独到的看法，从最初立志做一名专业的设计师，到跳出设计师的窠臼，以更广阔的视野了解山东乃至中国广告行业发展。 
He is beginning to understand each link of the design industry and has formed his own unique view when being a freelance designer, from determining to be a professional designer to jumping out of the trap of stylist in a broader perspective to understand and even the development of China's advertising industry in shandong province. 
 
从设计者到经营者眼光的转变，使他对自己的定位有了质的飞跃。2009年，他成立了自己的广告公司---济南太歌广告设计有限公司，结束了单打独斗闯荡广告圈的历史，开启了事业发展的新里程。 

He had a qualitative leap in locaing himself when his vision shifted from designers to operators. He formed his own advertising firm - jinan tiger advertising design co., LTD., which was the end of his history of along working in advertising circle opening a new range of career development in 2009.

“十年磨一剑，只做一件事”，胡尊照热爱广告设计并以此为动力追求“创造视觉冲击力和销售力”。他借助有效的管理模式，使公司员工的能力得到最大化发挥，向“全案设计思路”的目标不断前进。胡尊照坚持尊重员工的个性、鼓励员工的自我提升，做到设计个性的张扬和自我修养的不断进步，使员工才能各尽所用。  

"Do one thing in ten years", hu loves advertising design and pursues "visual impact and sales force". He resorted to the effective management mode and move "a whole design thinking"forward making the company employees to maximize theirs ability. Hu adhered to respecting employees' personality, encouraged employees to self-improve achieving the design of individual character and the advance of self-improvement to make employees find themselves.. 
 
胡尊照认为广告传媒只有以服务为定位，实现“品牌创造价值，形象产生力量”，才有长远发展的潜力。在工作中他一直在寻找品牌与产品的差异化，力求给客户带来品牌形象提升、产品销售业绩增长，让品牌价值得到最大化的实现。目前他领导公司以创意超前、设计超精、制作超群的经营理念，服务于大众，涉猎机械、制造、医疗、食品、交通、酒店等各个行业，先后服务过多家上市公司、国内大型企事业单位，如德国西门子、中国医药集团、中建八局、中国邮政、力诺集团、鲁证期货、十艺节等，赢得了广泛的市场口碑。  

Hu thought that adverting design can go further only if it offers services to make "brand to create value, image generate power". He has been looking for brand and product differentiation in the work and makes every effort to bring customers the brand image promotion, product sales growth, in order to maximize the implementation of brand value. He led the company with superior business philosophy of creative design and super finishing production to service the general public in mechanical, manufacturing, medical, food, transportation, hotel and other industries including companies and large domestic enterprises and institutions, such as Germany's Siemens, China medicine group, zhongjian eight innings, linuo group, China post, 10th art section, etc., having won the broad reputation in market. 
 
他经常到高校去演讲，分享成功经验，为广告传媒行业的新生力量指引方向；参与品牌俱乐部的运作，邀请行业翘楚分享成功案例，为行业的健康发展及时供给养分；筹备山东广告联盟的年会，分析行业发展方向，促进行业资源的有效整合，为中国广告传媒行业的成熟发展献计献策。 

He often goes to give speeches to the colleges and universities, and shares the successful experiences to lead new force in the advertising media industry; he often participates in the operation of brand club, and invites industry leaders to share success stories, timely supplying nutrients for the health development of the industry; he often holds shandong advertisement union's annual meeting, and analyzes the industry development direction to promote the effective integration of industry resources and give advice to boost the mature development of Chinese advertising media industry. 
 
胡尊照说，随着中国经济结构的优化，中国企业将改变迎合市场的现状向引导市场的方向做出转变，中国广告传媒业应不断适应这一转变。在他的带领下，太歌一直以来坚持做市场消费者真实需求的策划设计，如猛虎下山之势，勇往直前，剑锋所向，所向披靡。 

Hu said that Chinese enterprises will not cater to the market and turn to guide the direction of the market withChina's economic structure optimization, and China's advertising media industry should constantly adapt to this change. Under his leading, the company will insist to design according to market consumers’ ture demand and go forward like tigers down the mountain defeating all without any difficulties.
